1. Promoter
The promoter of this promotion is Link My Trade Limited, a New Zealand–ownedand operated business (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Promotion Overview
This promotion offers eligible clients the chance to win one (1) NZD $1,000 voucher to be used towards their next home improvement or renovation project. This promotion is a sales promotion scheme conducted in accordance with theGambling Act 2003 (NZ).
3. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 06/02/2026 to 05/04/2026, being a period ofapproximately three (3) months (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. Eligibility
Entry is open only to clients/homeowners who:
• Are residents of New Zealand; and
• Are aged 18 years or over; and
• Hold an active client account on the Link My Trade platform; and
• Post an eligible job during the Promotion Period.
Tradies, contractors, and businesses posting jobs as service providers are noteligible to enter or win this promotion.
5. How to Enter
To enter the draw, an eligible client must:
1. Register or log in to Link My Trade; and
2. Post a job on the platform during the Promotion Period; and
3. Declare an estimated job value of NZD $1,500 or more at the time of posting.
No additional payment is required to enter the draw.
6. Job Value Requirement & Verification
Only jobs with a genuine estimated value of NZD $1,500 or more are eligible.
Link My Trade reserves the right to verify the declared job value prior to awardingthe prize. Verification may include, but is not limited to:
• Reviewing the job description, scope, and category.
• Assessing whether the declared value aligns with standard New Zealand marketpricing for that type of work.
• Requesting supporting information such as a quote, estimate, or writtenconfirmation from a tradie or supplier.
If, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, the job does not meet the minimumvalue threshold or is not genuine, the entry may be deemed ineligible, and an alternativewinner may be selected.
7. Prize Details
One (1) prize of NZD $1,000 will be awarded.
• The prize will be provided as a voucher or store credit, not cash.
• The winner may choose the New Zealand-based store or supplier at which thevoucher will be issued, subject to reasonable availability and acceptance by thatretailer.
The prize must be used towards goods or services related to the winner’s homeproject.
8. Prize Draw & Announcement
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.
• The draw will take place on 6 May.
• The winner will be contacted directly using the contact details provided in theirLink My Trade account.
• The winner may also be announced publicly via Link My Trade’s website andsocial media channels.
If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, or is found tobe ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled inaccordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Link My Trade’s Privacy Policy.
Information will be used solely for:
• Administering the promotion; and
• Announcing the reward winner In the public draw; and
• Contacting the winner; and
• Verifying eligibility; and
• Complying with legal obligations.
10. General Conditions
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion ifrequired for legal, technical, or operational reasons.
• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any third-party platform.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and anydisputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
